Extra Light Hand Exerciser Review

As soon as I put it in my hand the first time and started squeezing it, I loved this little thing, it feels GREAT in my hand, very ergonomic design, and the springs are nice and strong too (even though it's the lightest model!). I would recommend this model the highest over the next three for somebody who is just beginning to strengthen their hands, it says right in the packaging that, "Hand specialists recommend lower tension and more repetitions than higher tension..." etc. The springs aren't quite strong enough for my index and middle fingers, but are perfectly strong for my ring finger and pinky, which are the fingers I'm trying to work out the most (just on my left hand, for playing bass guitar). The blue 5 pound exerciser would probably be too much for my pinky and ring finger, and I would probably end up over-doing things and get tendonitis again in my left hand, so follow what they say, lower tension and more reps! It works great as a stress reliever, or something to mess around with, so more reps over a long period of time would be better anyways!

Grip Master - Charles A. Edwards - Oklahoma City, OK USA
I extremely happy with the grip master which I purchased from Amazon. It has help strenghten my left wrist and fingers which is the reason I purchased it. I recommend strongly anyone wanting to strenghten either hand and fingers the grip master will do the trick!

Great Product - phatso - Florida
Its a bummer that they never made (and don't plan to make) a PRO version of the x-light finger grip.
I feel that the pro is better designed due to its larger size... it also makes it feel more comfortable.
In either case i still feel that the x-light is a great starting point if you wanna work on your isolated pinky and ring finger. When i first bought the light (after buying the medium, which i bought after the x-heavy) i thought it was really easy, but once i used the x-light and went back i realized that i was doing the pinky completely wrong before because the light felt so much harder!

This product also seems to alleviate some pain on my mother's joint and muscles, so i guess this is also a good therepeutic product

Lastly, if you didnt realize it after reading my and others' reviews, this is NOT A HAND GRIP

Gripmaster for carpel tunnel surgery therapy - Robert J. Curry - Shawnee, KS United States
Purchsed this product specifically as a request of surgical Dr. to perform hand exercise therapy. Truly, we could NOT locate this specific gripmaster as specified by the Dr. except on Amazon.com. It works exactly the way is states, so we are 100% satisfied. Good job Amazon.com!
This is a bit light weight for most, but it is what the Dr. recomended to start with.

good little device - 1 - ma
This is the tension that is best for most children and smaller adults. The grip is a little smaller than the old dyna-grip model that I used to have. This also makes a great fidget for sensory diets.
